Absolutely great staff, very professional and willing to go that extra mile! Well done to the staff. The location was great as we had a great view from our room. It was very quiet and you would never know your next door to the airport! Wonderful Buffet breakfast the choices were excellent and had all you needed, well worth it.

Just across the small road from terminals! Parking on basement was (still) free subject to availability. All Staff & manager from front desk to kitchen are very friendly and courteous. Toilets near lobby are very clean and checked by a cleaner regularly is a big ✅ deal for us.

The room we stayed in was great (412) bed was comfy and the shower worked well. Air con was quiet and quick to cool down the room. The pool was great to relax in. Breakfast was very good, apart from a few cold items ie: scrambled eggs and hash browns.

Perfect stay for flight cancellations. There is a bus/taxi stand also nearby for easy access to other suburbs. Beach also nearby. Reasonably good buffet breakfast included in the price. Friendly front staff members. Super clean new-ish & surprisingly sound proof building.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room (w/ free upgrade), great restaurant (brekkie was a breeze and had good vegan choices). Conveniently located. Top spot.

The hotel is located within very easy walking distance from the airport terminal - the international part of the terminal is actually immediately across the road. The domestic part of the terminal is only another minute or so further along. Basement parking is possible on site if you have a car, and the beaches are only a few minutes drive away.

Really friendly staff both at reception and at the restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere. Lenny of space in the lobby or the restaurant to sit and relax. Comfortable beds and extremely clean facilities!
